Personnel Involved: [DATA EXPUNGED]
Date: [REDACTED]
Location: [REDACTED]
Background:
On ██ /██ /████ , Agent ████████ , an informant working on behalf of the Sisters reported that the popular holiday location, ███████ , had suffered from a string of disappearances. All of them vanished near the famed Lake Kipler, during 20:00 to 24:00. Reports have stated that a soft humming tune emanates from a dilapidated lake house locally known as ██████ , along with the faint sound of laughter, and that girls are inexplicably drawn to the place. In the morning they are found to have vanished, surrounded by black and white feathers. DNA testing has revealed these to be swan feathers. The Sisters and the Wolves then dispatched agents to the location to investigate.
Victims Profile:
The kidnap victims are all young women aged 16 - 30, and share an affinity for nature. Their backgrounds vary in nature, and share no particular appearance similarity, except that they all have encountered some form of professional dancing. Common descriptions for them as provided by family members and friends include “graceful”, “swan-like”, and “romantic”.
Description:
Responding to the report of the disappearances, the dispatched Team ███████ arrived at the scene to watch another woman, subsequently identified to be Ms. ███████ , walk towards the target lake house and vanish after being escorted by a shadowy figure. Upon pursuit, the team discovered an intricate lock in the attic of the house, held together by magical wards (Class █ , Designation ███ - ███). After breaking the lock, the Team proceeded after establishing a perimeter to temporarily negate the call of the music.
Entering the door held in the attic, a large, enchanted palace that appeared to have been abandoned for some time. The Team then spotted the shadowy figure and gave chase, noting several sleeping women suspended in liquid filled-caskets, identified as several of the missing women (see: Addendum-PYIT-1-A) from past incidence. Pursuing the shadowy figure, who on multiple occasions transformed into a black swan and summoned strong gusts of wind to hinder the Team, it was later revealed to be Lord ███████ , the Embodiment of this fairy tale , who had a son in a coma-like state after an accident (see: Addendum-PYIT-2) and was trying to revive him by pairing a woman of similar appearance to revive him. He believed that his son and his lover had been destined to die together to break a curse laid upon the woman, and that the rescue had ruined the plan, causing him to lapse into a comatose state. It is noted that the Embodiment grew increasingly agitated and emotional, swinging between being affable to complete madness.
He was subsequently neutralized by █████ ███████ and █████ ███████ , disappearing in a cloud of feathers, and the Yarn was identified to be a tiara shaped like a swan crown. However, before it was retrieved, two Penitents appeared and attempted to take it away. In the process, the Yarn was destroyed, but the picture of the Yarn is given in Addendum-PYIT-3.
It is believed that shortly after his son’s accident and subsequent coma-state was induced by the Yarn-Spinner and her agents, although more concrete evidence has yet to come to light. For further details, please refer to Investigation ███-████.
